The International Sign Association issued a press release last week regarding a temporary signage ruling from the courts. It all started when a church used temporary signs to let church attendees know where the service would be held. Signs that are larger are allowed to be displayed longer. So, the court system has stepped in – and finding that there is a first amendment right at stake here!
