B2B business has always been competitive nature; however, with the pandemic life shifted in both personal and professional ways. Businesses were forced to make rapid changes to accommodate the workplace shift to online and working from home. This major shift opened the door for major, and rapid change. Digital signage became more important than ever.

On a personal level, digital signs were used to inform the community of where to go for COVID-19 testing, congratulated seniors on graduating, and provided information on new law changes (ie: mask mandates, curfews.)

In business, messaging was able to change instantaneously as requirements changed. Interactive kiosks became touchless screens that were operated through the use of a mobile phone.

These modifications would normally have taken years to innovate and implement, but the world united and brought these safety, and safer, tools to life in a matter of months to support the community.
