Let’s be honest, there’s a ton of things that should be communicated from upper management to the field staff but getting every point through the chain is near impossible. Put a digital sign there that rotates all the important items they should know about.

Take it a step further…a big project on the horizon?  Create a timeline that inputs date, task and responsibility.  Show the progress of the project being completed to keep everybody up to date in case of a hiccup that disrupts the timeline.

Or what about a sales goal?  Add a quick bar graph that tracks how close to the goal the team is on a daily basis.  Have a competitive team?  Add the top sales people by the bar graph to entice them to outperform their fellow teammate.

The possibilities are endless when it’s as easy as a quick update on the computer to manage all employees seeing an engaging message.
