Elevator Lobbies Get a LED Video Wall Makeover
In a previous post, 4 Employee Retention Strategies that Actually Work, we looked at Waze that employers could entice employees to come back to the office rather than working from home. One strategy was to create an environment based on the needs and desires of the employees. We also looked at how TELUS Digital was promoting mental and physical health in the office in the article, Allow Employees to Feel Like Guests.
Following on this trend, some companies are getting creative with their use of technology. One company created LED video walls inside elevator lobbies to take the guest, and employee, experience beyond the waiting room (or main lobby area).
This unique tactic is another way to create visually interesting spaces for employees, which will help make them feel good about the environment in which they work. Thus, bringing more employees back to the office.
