Except this time we aren’t just talking about knowing your ROI and acquisition costs. An equally important number to know these days is the COVID rates in your community. We challenge you to investigate the rates as colder days approach and we enter cold and flu season.

Analyzing these trends before you open your doors and throughout your re-opening procedures will help determine the best time to open for keeping your employees and customers safe. Remember, re-opening can happen in phases so don’t rush to bring everybody back all at once. Keep a rolling number of employees coming back as you find your internal COVID numbers are (hopefully nonexistent) staying to a minimum. Don’t rush everybody back to the office and risk a major COVID outbreak if you can avoid it.
