Celebrating Karen Weyman
Women in the Construction week is a national event celebrating the contributions and achievements of women in the construction industry. This year’s event takes place from March 4-11 and highlights the amazing work of women in all aspects of the construction industry, from project managers and architects to engineers and construction workers.
One of the many women making a difference in the construction industry is Karen Weyman. As a project manager at BLR, Karen is responsible for overseeing the largest projects at the company. Her career in construction began on the front lines of sign making and installation, giving her a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality products and services.
Karen’s attention to detail, unparalleled organization, and exceptional multitasking skills make her a valuable member dof the BLR team. Her favorite part of her job is seeing projects develop from a simple idea to installed visual media. When she’s not busy dreaming about signs, Karen is an active volunteer and has organized multiple donation efforts in her community.
Karen’s success in the construction industry is just one example of the important contributions that women are making in this field. Women in the construction industry are breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes to make a significant impact in a male-dominated field.
The Women in the Construction week is an important reminder of the many accomplishments of women in the industry and the need to continue supporting their growth and success.
