Building a Brand Heart
Years ago, the “office” was seen as a space for adding additional cubicles to increase the number of workers and driving revenue without increasing square footage. As time has gone on, the concept of the “office” has evolved into many different forms. Offices have transformed into a need for communal workspaces that promote functionality and community.
Creating a central ‘hub’ in the workspace allows a business to begin building a brand heart, which is the core of the brand. Employees are the driving force that promotes the brand to the world with every connection they make with each other and interacting with customers. It is vital that the central hub promotes the company’s culture, mission and purpose. To maximize the brand heart, the central hub should be branded with company colors, mission statements, core values, etc. This will also create an environment that employees’ can be proud of and excited to work in.
